Lifetime Warranty

Pros Acrylic Product Lifetime Warranty: We provide a lifetime warranty for BathCrafter Pros acrylic products like bathtubs, walls, showers, and accessories. If there are any defects in the material or workmanship, we will repair or replace it.

Manufactured Warranty:

Products that are not manufactured by BathCrafter Pros such as sinks, tub and shower faucets, countertops, lighting and flooring, shower doors, and toilets, these products have specific warranties from the national manufacturers they are sourced from.

BathCrafter Pros will provide the warranty information on these items.

Limited Warranty

Limited Consumer Product Warranty:

We provide a limited warranty for other products sold and installed by BathCrafter Pros. In the "BathCrafter Pros - Limited Warranty" document, you will find information for tub and shower doors, plumbing and other accessories under our limited warranty.

BathCrafter Pros provides a limited warranty solely to the original purchaser, which is NOT transferable.

All frameless enclosures are covered by a 45-day workmanship warranty beginning from the time of installation, while other enclosures, including semi-frameless designs, have a 30-day warranty from the time of installation.

Workmanship warranty:

Workmanship warranty will cover only silicone application, hardware tune up, replacement of vinyl, and replacement of defective hardware. Any vinyl replacement needed past our 45-day; or 30-day policy (semi-frameless) from installation can be purchased by visiting our office.

Accidental glass breakage or faults such as scratches, chips, breakage, and hard water stains on the glass are not covered under warranty. We do not assume liability for defects in the glass, such as scratches and chips, unless acknowledged within 24 hours of installation.

BathCrafter Pros is not responsible for conditions caused by misuse or abuse, failure to clean or maintain the glass, or any structural changes that may cause damage to the shower door. Additionally, we are not liable for issues related to items inside the walls, including water pipes, electrical wiring, and insufficient mounting support.
